Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading service governance, operational oversight, service delivery, or strategic partner management.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology operations, IT service management, governance and risk.
• Track record of building and running governance frameworks and executive-level reporting.
• Strong understanding of service management principles including KPI, SLA, and performance management.
• Experience working directly with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run frameworks that keep cybersecurity services and partners accountable.
• Define clear accountability, decision-making, escalation paths, and performance expectations.
• Drive transparency and consistency across cybersecurity service delivery.
• Define, monitor, and report on service performance metrics and KPIs/SLAs.
• Identify delivery risks and operational issues before they impact the business.
• Hold partners to commitments, deadlines, and contracted outcomes.
• Be the trusted point of contact for governance of the services you own.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and procurement to onboard providers and launch services on time.
• Monitor execution against milestones and outcomes, managing risks and actions.
• Drive improvements to service quality, governance maturity, and stakeholder experience.
