Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Director of Enterprise Security Architecture to lead the development and execution of enterprise security strategy across the company.

Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Cyber Security, this leader will manage a team of security architects responsible for defining security blueprints, architecture patterns, and strategic technology direction that guide secure engineering and technology adoption across HPE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
• 12+ years in information security, cybersecurity architecture, or enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years leading architecture teams or senior technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture methodologies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of enterprise security architects.
• Define and govern security architecture principles, standards, and reference architectures.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture and governance bodies to embed security in roadmaps.
• Provide risk-based guidance for major technology initiatives and investments.
• Drive adoption of zero trust, cloud-native security, and AI security practices.
• Present strategy and risk assessments to executive leadership.
