Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide cybersecurity programmes, reporting, and cross-functional execution. This senior IC role partners with CISO Transformation Office to bring structure, pace, and governance to large initiatives.

You will lead multi-team delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and shape how security transformation scales across the organization, ensuring regulatory alignment and business resilience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, PM, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex programmes end-to-end.
• Strong governance, dependency management and execution discipline.
• Experience producing executive-level reporting and governance forums.
• Ability to work in matrixed environments with shared ownership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cybersecurity programmes across multiple workstreams with enterprise priorities.
• Develop integrated program plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Drive recovery plans and leadership visibility.
• Maintain execution discipline for high-quality delivery.
• Deliver strategic cybersecurity initiatives across domains and regulatory programmes.
• Support SOC 2 regulatory and audit readiness where required.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across technical and business teams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and alignment with stakeholders.
• Track accountability and ensure clear ownership.
• Define OKRs, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Produce concise leadership updates and dashboards.
• Improve transparency of program reporting.
• RAID tracking and blockers resolution.
• Align cybersecurity, IT, and business priorities.
