Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Director of Security Operations to lead cloud security across large-scale AWS and GCP environments. This senior role demands strategic oversight, hands-on technical depth, and the ability to drive security programs that protect SaaS platforms and data.

You will define security strategy, build and mentor teams, oversee incident response, and engage with executives to turn threat intelligence into risk actions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with leadership experience.
• Experience securing AWS and/or GCP cloud services.
• Hands-on code review and scripting (Python preferred).
• Strong governance, risk, and incident management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a unified Cloud Security operations strategy across SaaS products.
• Oversee security operations for large-scale cloud environments and AI-powered SaaS platforms.
• Mentor and build high-performing security teams; set measurable security outcomes.
• Advise executives on security posture and risk, and manage major incidents.
