What You’ll Do
  • Strategic Leadership: Set the vision and direction for the National Market Client Success team, ensuring strategies align with overall company objectives and revenue goals.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of ~20, including 5 direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Client Sponsorship: Act as executive sponsor for multiple large accounts, strengthening C-level relationships, influencing client strategies, and ensuring successful renewals and expansions.
  • Revenue Growth: Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maximizing client lifetime value.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish scalable processes and best practices to manage a large, complex book of business efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics, shaping strategies that position the company as the partner of choice for enterprise clients.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate risks in client relationships and market shifts, proactively driving solutions that safeguard and expand business.
About You

  • Track record of building and leading high-performing teams in complex, growth-oriented organizations.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage confidently at the C-suite level and influence client decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise client needs, with the ability to drive strategic account management and renewal/upsell strategies.
