Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Vice President of General Liability Claims to lead a talented team and drive strategic direction for our General Liability claims organization. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement process improvements and leverage data to optimize outcomes.

The ideal candidate has deep P&C claims leadership experience, strong governance and risk management, and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the General Liability claims organization.
• Collaborate with Account Management to exceed client expectations and strengthen relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation in operations and processes.
• Establish structure and staffing aligned with current and future needs.
• Monitor claims data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing claims team with expertise in complex matters.
