Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co, a leading financial services firm, seeks an AI ML Governance & Automation Lead to drive scalable governance and responsible innovation across advanced AI/ML use cases in Consumer & Community Banking Digital AI/ML.

You will partner with data scientists, engineers, product teams, risk, controls, and business stakeholders to deliver complex technology programs, reduce model governance friction, and maintain strong controls throughout the model lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology, data, AI/ML, risk, or governance programs in a large organization.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML development lifecycles, model governance, and risk management processes.
• Advanced stakeholder management and ability to influence decision-making across multiple teams.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs with dependencies and changing requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program plans to accelerate AI/ML governance and delivery.
• Partner with data science, engineering, product, risk, controls, compliance, and business teams to define scope and success metrics.
• Design scalable governance solutions for agentic, generative, and customer-facing AI/ML use cases.
• Identify risks and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum and quality.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable milestones and activities.
• Drive alignment on governance standards, controls, and operating procedures across teams.
• Use data-driven analysis to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements in speed and quality.
• Champion agile delivery and responsible AI innovation across the team.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and dependencies to senior stakeholders.
