JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Applied AI/ML Researcher to lead GenAI and agentic AI initiatives across the firm. You will design tools, promote reusable frameworks, and guide secure, compliant AI integration into technical operations.

Role blends hands-on development with strategic advisory to shape platform choices, operating models, and controls in a regulated enterprise environment, staying ahead of industry trends.

Formación

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in CS/engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in software eng, AI/ML R&D with Python and cloud familiarity.
• Hands-on with containers, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with GenAI, agentic AI, prompt engineering and tool calls.
• Strong CI/CD, observability, incident response in regulated environments.
• Secure software development, data privacy and compliance focus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead applied research on GenAI and agentic AI to boost productivity and bypass friction in workflows.
• Prototype AI-driven tools to streamline engineering, improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Promote reusable AI components and common platform capabilities for the enterprise.
• Collaborate with agile teams, providing technical guidance and adopting AI in operations.
• Develop policies and controls for responsible, auditable AI usage across the firm.
• Monitor trends to guide strategic direction and maintain leadership in AI innovations.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders with clear docs and briefs.
