Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Applied AI ML Lead within Consumer & Community Banking Tech to drive ML and GenAI initiatives and shape enterprise AI strategy. You will oversee end-to-end development, deployment, and monitoring of advanced AI/ML systems in cloud environments.

You will collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable AI solutions and stay ahead of industry advances in AI research and fintech applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ML/AI engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and OpenAI API.
• Hands-on with ML frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Experience deploying models to production.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists and ML engineers to define requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML/GenAI solutions.
• Architect and implement cloud-native MLOps pipelines for scalable deployment.
• Lead generative AI initiatives (LLMs, RAG, NLP) for fintech products.
• Develop monitoring tools to ensure reliability and performance.
• Automate model deployment pipelines for scalability and efficiency.
• Monitor model performance in real-time and ensure reliability.
• Communicate AI capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build AI agents and chatbots.
• Stay current with AI/ML trends and leverage external APIs.
