Job summary
JPMorganChase, a leading financial services firm, seeks a Digital Risk and Control Manager – VP to drive risk management and control oversight for digital product banking experiences powered by AI. You will partner with Product Managers to embed robust controls and mitigate operational risk across innovative AI-enabled products.
Lead a team to safeguard customers and the firm, while influencing risk strategy in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in risk & controls for digital products.
- Proven leadership and analytical capabilities.
- Agile delivery experience in tech or financial services.
- Strong presentation skills to senior management.
- Experience in regulated environments (financial services).
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to influence and partner with product teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee risks and controls across digital product ecosystem.
- Develop end-to-end control solutions with stakeholders.
- Partner with product teams; serve as escalation point for controls.
- Lead CORE program and embed controls in development lifecycle.
- Motivate and develop team to minimize risk and losses.
- Identify and communicate business risks; root cause analysis.
- Collaborate on risk management to improve customer experience.
- Educate partners on risk identification and control design.
