Job summary

Citi is seeking a Full Stack Java/React Technical Lead (VP) in Irving, TX, working in a hybrid model. You will guide senior developers, architect enterprise applications, and deliver AI-enabled features across Java/Spring, Angular/React, and data services.

Strong leadership and hands-on coding are required, with focus on reliability, security, and scalable systems. You will mentor teams, manage roadmaps, and ensure timely releases while collaborating with DevOps, SRE, and cloud initiatives on

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Full Stack software engineering experience in developing enterprise scale applications.
• Expertise in web apps using Java, Springboot, Microservices, Angular/React with Oracle/PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Generative AI models and LLMs; proficiency in TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Kafka, Elastic Search, NoSQL and caching.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud and DevOps/SRE practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead agility in software development and drive architecture decisions.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features and integrations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, drive roadmap, releases, and milestones.
• Ensure production readiness and incident response for critical services.
• Mentor team members and ensure code quality and testing coverage.
