Job summary

Citi is hiring a Senior Technical Lead for Full-Stack Engineering to drive design and delivery of enterprise-grade applications at the intersection of modern cloud architecture and AI-assisted development. This Vice President-level role blends hands-on leadership with engineering excellence across Java back-end, React front-end, and cloud-native infrastructure.

You will work within an Agile team, own end-to-end solutions, and leverage AI-driven tooling like GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery

Qualifications

• Extensive software development experience with Java and JavaScript frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of modern application architecture principles.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance development workflows.
• Strong REST/GraphQL API experience.
• Proficiency in microservices and cloud-native development.

Responsibilities
