Kendra Scott, LLC in Austin, TX, seeks a results-oriented Vice President of FP&A to lead companywide planning, consolidation, and board reporting. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience including senior leadership in FP&A and business finance.
• Proven ownership of enterprise planning and consolidation, monthly reviews, forecasting, annual budgets and long-range plans.
• Experience supporting corporate functions like marketing, technology, and people costs with strong expense management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain economics including sourcing, landed product cost, warehousing, fulfillment, and working capital.

Responsabilidades

• Own companywide planning and consolidation across monthly outlooks, quarterly forecasts, annual plan, and three-year long-range plan.
• Lead financial consolidation for planning and management reporting with consistent income statement, balance sheet and cash flow views.
• Partner with Accounting on monthly close and variance analysis; explain performance vs plan.
• Translate forecast changes into revised outlooks and actions; connect three-year strategy to annual targets.
• Lead spend planning and reporting for Marketing, Technology, People, Finance, Legal and other G&A functions.
• Own Ecommerce P&L planning, forecasting, and performance analysis; connect marketing plans to revenue and margins.
