Job summary

Jenni Kayne, a California-based luxury lifestyle brand, is seeking a Vice President of FP&A to partner with the CFO and executive leadership. This role leads FP&A, develops financial frameworks for growth across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale, and builds a high-performing team focused on financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance.
• 5+ years leading teams.
• Retail, apparel, luxury, or omnichannel brands preferred.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning experience.
• Advanced financial modeling with store economics, inventory and margin drivers.
• ERP/BI systems proficiency; NetSuite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CFO and exec team to shape long-range strategic and financial plans.
• Lead financial analyses informing Board decisions and capital allocation.
• Own annual budgeting and rolling forecasts; drive KPI tracking and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models across revenue, margin, OPEX, headcount, and capex.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital, and capital expenditure planning.
• Manage store-level P&L and four-wall profitability analyses.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, retail, e‑commerce, and marketing.
