Confidential, a growing specialty retailer with national presence, is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management. This role partners with the CFO, CEO and senior leadership to translate financial plans into actionable insights and drive strategic growth.

Reporting to the CFO, you will build and lead a high-performing FP&A team, develop KPIs, oversee long-range planning, and support investor communications while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related areas.
• 5+ years of leadership driving performance and team development.
• Experience in multi-unit retail or similar environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Provide financial insights to strategic decisions.
• Partner with senior leadership to align plans with objectives.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance.
