Job summary

Kendra Scott, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Marketing and Supply Chain across FP&A activities in Austin, TX. The role drives budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, delivering insights to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will build driver-based models, support month-end close, and provide decision-winning analyses with clear storytelling and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5-7 years FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Experience supporting G&A/shared services in a fast-paced consumer/retail environment preferred.
• Exposure to marketing finance and/or supply-chain/operations finance preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build robust financial models.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, forecasts, and long-range plans for operating expense and capex.
• Build driver-based models linking spend to business activity (marketing, supply chain, labor, etc.).
• Support month-end close with variance explanations and accruals.
• Deliver timely forecast updates with risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Create dashboards and standardized reporting to improve speed and accuracy.
• Develop business cases, ROI, breakeven, payback analyses for investments.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and translate data into actionable insights.
