Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Active CPA or CMA certification required.
• Big 4 public accounting experience required.
• Proven senior accounting leadership in a growing technology/SaaS company.
• Preferred location: US East Coast or Central time zone for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global accounting operations and financial reporting processes with accuracy and best-practices.
• Direct an international team ~15 finance professionals (primarily India) across 14 subsidiaries.
• Drive improvements in financial processes using software and AI-driven tools.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and reporting standards for board, banks, and investors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial data supporting operations.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff for accuracy and professional growth.
• Implement and refine policies to scale with company growth.
