Job summary

ConstructConnect, Inc. is seeking a VP, FP&A to lead forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial planning from Cincinnati HQ. The role drives AI-enabled finance initiatives, partners with executives, and shapes resource allocation in a fast-growing, SaaS-focused company.

You will manage a team of five analysts, own external reporting to the parent company, and build dashboards using PowerBI, Excel, and SQL, while advancing an AI-first operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 12+ years FP&A or corporate finance with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading finance teams and strategic partnerships with execs.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with SaaS/subscription metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, LTV).
• Experience applying AI/automation in finance.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, budgeting, and reporting including AOP and multi-year plans.
• Oversee external reporting to Roper and board packages; ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and improve financial models for forecasting; scalability.
• Build executive dashboards and reports with PowerBI and BI tools.
• Lead AI-first FP&A approach; pilot and scale AI/automation.
• Adopt modern FP&A platforms; move to proactive, predictive finance.
• Manage a team of 5 FP&A analysts; develop talent and careers.
• Set goals, coach, and perform regular performance reviews.
• Recruit and develop finance talent to scale with the organization.
• Duties may expand beyond listed tasks.
