Job summary

First Business Bank seeks an experienced, relationship-driven sales professional to grow its independent dealer floorplan financing business across key Western U.S. markets.

This role is fully remote and field-based with up to 50% travel, focused on top-tier independent auto dealers. You will build a strong pipeline, win new floorplan financing relationships, manage portfolios, and coordinate with central office to address risk and deliver concierge-level service.
