First Business Bank is seeking a Vice President - Floorplan Financing to grow our independent dealer floorplan financing business across major Western U.S. markets.

This fully remote role focuses on established auto dealers, building a strong pipeline and closing new financing relationships with a high level of enterprise credibility. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in financial services sales and deep automotive financing knowledge, with the ability to travel up to 50% and work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services with a proven sales record.
• 5+ years of automotive industry experience preferably in inventory finance.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to work independently and use independent and professional judgment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Grow the independent dealer floorplan financing business across Western markets.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of dealer prospects and relationships.
• Win new floorplan financing relationships and meet growth and profitability goals.
• Coordinate closing documentation and ensure clients understand required documents.
• Maintain pricing and profitability while managing risk with central office.
• Provide high-touch service and act as a trusted financial partner.
