Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in fleet maintenance and transportation operations.
• Experience with asset lifecycle management and preventive maintenance systems.
• Strong financial acumen including cost modeling and ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise fleet maintenance strategy and governance.
• Define national fleet maintenance policies across shops and vendors.
• Oversee asset lifecycle planning, risk mitigation, and downtime reduction.
• Partner with Finance for capital planning and budgeting.
