Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of related experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation roles within B2B environments.
• Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead major business processes and support functions executing company strategies.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities and orchestrate cross-functional execution.
• Drive adoption of data-driven solutions and continuous improvement culture.
• Design and deliver transformation programs coordinating cross-functional teams.
