Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President of Business Transformation – Finance to lead major finance transformation programs, align cross‑functional teams, and deliver measurable outcomes through data‑driven approaches and clear accountability.

The role partners with senior leaders, requires a bachelor’s degree in business or finance, 10+ years in transformation with management impact in financial services, and credentials such as PMP, PgMP, CBTP or Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of related experience in business transformation with management impact.
• Experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation in B2B environments.
• Experience in financial services (insurance/banking) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead major transformation programs across finance and related functions.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution and drive data-driven adoption of solutions.
• Set or adjust operational plans and goals aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Track outcomes, manage risks, and embed continuous improvement.
