Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President of Business Transformation in Finance to lead major transformation programs and align cross-functional teams with enterprise goals. The role drives adoption of data-driven solutions, designs programs, and measures impact across the finance function.

The candidate should bring 10+ years in business transformation, with senior leadership experience, and credentials such as PMP/PgMP/CBTP or Six Sigma. Remote-friendly, US-based location preferred.

Qualifications

• Ten years of related experience in business transformation with several years in a management role.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation roles within B2B environments is required.
• Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead major business transformation initiatives and cross-functional programs.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities with senior leaders.
• Drive adoption of data-driven solutions and new operating models.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks to ensure measurable outcomes.
• Define and align operational plans with enterprise objectives.
• Design transformation programs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Embed culture of continuous improvement and accountability across units.
