Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in finance and transformation.
• Proven success leading large-scale finance modernization and ERP projects.
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives to drive organizational change.
• Ability to drive cross-functional change across global organizations.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Finance transformation roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Redesign finance processes, operating models, governance, and ways of working to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Drive productivity, cost optimization, and standardization across global Finance operations.
• Lead digital transformation efforts including automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ensure investments align with future-state capabilities and business priorities.
• Provide executive-level reporting and manage transformation governance and benefits realization.
