Job summary

You will partner with the CFO and Finance Leadership Team to design and execute transformation priorities, driving digital enablement, analytics capabilities, and value realization across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Proven success leading large-scale Finance modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience partnering with senior executives to drive organizational change and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and execute the Finance transformation roadmap.
• Redesign and modernize Finance processes, operating models, governance, and ways of working.
