Job summary

Nscale, a technology-driven company, seeks an experienced VP to lead financial support for a broad portfolio across corporate, commercial and regional functions. You will be the senior finance partner to the Operations leadership team, shaping strategic financial insight and cost discipline to enable scalable growth.

Working with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury and regional teams, you’ll drive planning, governance and performance reporting, while coordinating global headcount planning and investment

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior finance business partnering, FP&A or operational finance leadership.
• Experience supporting complex, high-growth, international organisations, ideally in technology/cloud sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting corporate functions, business development and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner to the Operations leadership team, providing financial advice and commercial challenge across all supported functions.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting for the Operations portfolio with central FP&A coordination.
• Drive monthly performance reviews with variance analysis, cost trends, risks and opportunities.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to improve transparency and decision-making.
• Oversee headcount planning, discretionary expenditure and investment prioritisation across functions.
• Support regional budgeting, forecasting and financial performance management for EMEA and APAC.
