Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. seeks a senior leader to guide Finance Business Services and Financial Systems across our enterprise. You will drive shared services, governance, and technology-enabled operations to support strategic growth.

Responsibilities include developing the finance operating model, partnering with IT and executives, and delivering cost efficiencies through digital transformation and ERP optimization. Strong leadership and CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, or business.
• MBA and CPA preferred for senior leadership.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• 8+ years leading large finance organizations and shared services.

Responsabilités

• Lead the enterprise finance shared services organization.
• Develop and execute long-term strategy for Financial Business Services and Financial Systems.
• Oversee data governance, reporting, and master data management.
• Partner with IT and executives to drive transformation and ERP optimization.
