- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business; MBA and CPA preferred.
- 15+ years progressive finance leadership experience.
- 8+ years leading large finance organizations and shared services.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise finance shared services strategy, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee Record to Report, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Systems.
- Drive finance transformation, automation, and ERP optimization.
- Provide data governance and enterprise financial reporting leadership.
- Partner with CFO, CIO, Regulatory Affairs, and business-unit leaders.
