The role partners with Accounting, IT, Operations, and senior leadership to drive transformation, automation, and scalable processes while sustaining trust and value for customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• 8+ years leading large finance organizations.
• Extensive Shared Services leadership and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term strategy for Financial Business Services and Financial Systems.
• Lead enterprise shared services ensuring GAAP compliance and governance.
• Oversee finance technology platforms and IT partnerships to ensure security and scalability.
• Drive automation, AI-enabled finance, and ERP optimization.
