You will partner across Accounting, Finance, IT, Regulatory Affairs, and leadership to enable scalable, compliant finance operations. The role focuses on strategy, transformation, and technology-enabled processes, including SAP, BlackLine, PowerPlan, Kyriba, and analytics, to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; MBA preferred.
• CPA strongly preferred; 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Extensive Shared Services leadership and ERP optimization experience.
• ERP implementation and optimization experience.
• Financial Systems leadership and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term strategy for Financial Business Services and Financial Systems.
• Lead enterprise shared services ensuring GAAP compliance and high-quality financial reporting.
• Drive finance transformation, automation, and organizational redesign.
• Oversee data governance, standard reporting, and regulatory reporting support.
• Partner with CFO, CIO, Tax, Treasury, and Business Unit leaders to improve performance.
