You will report to the President, lead Finance and IT teams, and partner with operations, engineering, and sales to ensure numbers reflect how the business runs and enables growth. Qualificações

• Senior finance leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to transform financial processes and drive cost optimization.
• Experience leading IT initiatives and ERP implementation or optimization.
• Ability to coach and develop diverse teams through periods of change.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the current state of finance and IT across the business, then recommend a plan and sequence to the President
• Rebuild product costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting so leadership can price, invest, and plan with confidence
• Lead Finance and Accounting, including the monthly close, cash management, and banking relationships
• Own audit, tax, insurance, and compliance
• Support the Board on financial matters
• Lead IT, and make sure ERP and business systems keep up with the company’s growth
• Work closely with operations, engineering, and sales so the numbers reflect how the business actually runs
• Develop the finance and IT teams, and bring long-tenured employees along through the change
