Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a senior financial leader to guide the accounting function during a period of transformation in a manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to executive leadership and a platform to shape the finance agenda as ERP upgrades unfold.

You will oversee daily accounting operations, drive budgeting and forecasting, and mentor staff while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of solid accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3 years of leadership experience.
• Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment REQUIRED.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting in a production setting.
• Strong ERP system experience.
• Ability to lead a small team through significant organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Partner with senior leadership to align finance strategy with business objectives
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the company
• Analyze financial performance and develop cost/margin improvement strategies
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance with accounting standards
• Supervise and mentor a Staff Accountant
• Collaborate with corporate finance leaders and prepare for ERP implementation
