Job summary

EXL’s Finance AI practice seeks a VP-level leader in the New York Tri-State area with deep CFO-level engagement. You’ll own end-to-end market-facing pre-sales and solutioning for AP, AR, and R2R within Enterprise Finance, driving pipeline and client value without handed-off execution.

You’ll shape how EXL’s AI capabilities are positioned, lead discovery, build business cases, present responses to RFIs/RFPs, and represent EXL at industry events with strong executive presence.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years total experience with 10+ years in US leading consulting, solutioning, F&A SaaS, AI, and Agentic AI solution sales for enterprise Finance organizations.
• Based in NY Tri-State area with ability to engage enterprise clients in-person or hybrid.
• Experience selling to CFO/org stakeholders (CFO, VP Finance, Controller, Treasurer).
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, R2R processes and related KPIs.
• Experience building and leading pipeline, forecasting, and deal progression.

Responsibilities

• Own real pipeline responsibility for AP, AR, and R2R opportunities and manage funnel growth.
• Lead CFO-level client conversations, translating AI capabilities into business value and measurable outcomes.
• Scope deals, run discovery sessions, build business cases, and architect PoCs.
• Present EXL responses to RFIs/RFPs and position EXL to win in the Finance AI space.
• Represent EXL in market events and analyst discussions, influencing market presence.
