Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in external communications, public relations, corporate communications, reputation, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead UKG’s global external communications strategy to strengthen reputation, differentiation, and leadership in Workforce Operations.
• Translate enterprise narrative into external conversations that build belief in UKG and how we stand out.
• Advise executives and shape market positioning with media strategy, thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee an integrated external communications engine across PR, social, analyst relations, and international communications.
