UKG is seeking a Vice President of External Communications to lead the company’s global external reputation and influence strategy, strengthening leadership in Workforce Operations.

Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, this role builds a modern, externally wired communications engine across PR, Social, AI Discovery, Thought Leadership & Newsroom, Analyst Relations, and international communications, guiding executive messaging and crisis response.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in external communications, public relations, or related disciplines.
Senior leadership experience in a global external communications organization.
Expertise in reputation strategy, media relations, and executive counsel.
Proven ability to transform a modern communications function and drive growth.

Responsibilities

Shape Reputation & Market Leadership: lead global external communications strategy and strengthen leadership in Workforce Operations.
Translate enterprise narrative into external conversations to build belief and differentiation.
Shape market perception around trends transforming work and business, including AI and productivity.
