Job summary

Chase is seeking a Vice President Experience Design expert to shape the end-to-end card shopping experience across brands. You will lead design and research initiatives, mentor designers, and champion inclusive, accessible experiences that build shopper confidence and drive applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply AI-enabled design workflows, and communicate design strategy to executives with compelling storytelling and visuals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design or similar roles.
• Demonstrated ability to create visual representations of user journeys (storyboards, wireframes, prototypes).
• Proven experience with inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
• Ability to translate insights into customer-centric design decisions and north-star representations.
• Advanced technical literacy in client-side tech, APIs and AI-enabled design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design/research strategies across multiple product areas.
• Diagram service flows, design wireframes and prototype interactions for key touchpoints.
• Drive inclusive design and accessibility practices; mentor junior designers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development processes.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform design decisions and optimize UX across channels.
• Establish end-to-end experience vision and quality standards across channels.
• Model AI-driven product design workflows and present options to executives.
