Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Experience Design Senior Associate for the Card Acquisition Product team. You will shape end-to-end card shopping experiences across web and mobile, ensuring inclusive, accessible design that aligns customer needs with business goals.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, content, brand and risk to translate insights into production-ready experiences, driving high-trust customer journeys and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a UX design role for digital products.
• Proven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs.
• Experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of inclusive design and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop elegant solutions to interaction problems across products and platforms.
• Apply information architecture and storyboarding to improve navigation and findability.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate to ensure inclusive design and accessibility across offerings.
• Iterate design based on user feedback and insights to improve UX.
• Analyze market trends, user research, and behavior to guide decisions.
• Design key parts of the card shopping funnel (discovery, comparison, selection, application).
• Build with the design system, adapting as needed for goals.
• Propose scalable pattern improvements with accessibility considerations.
• Partner with product, engineering, content, analytics, brand and risk to support delivery.
• Contribute to experimentation and optimization with clear hypotheses and metrics.
