Job summary

Paycom seeks a VP, ERP Program Management to lead the organization’s ERP strategy, evaluation, selection, implementation, and business transformation initiatives from Rockville, MD. You will align ERP investments with business objectives, modernize processes, and integrate acquisitions into the ERP platform to drive growth and operational excellence.

The role requires directing cross-functional teams, enterprise change, and scalable governance to maximize ERP value and balance long-term outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
PMP certification preferred.
Change Management certification preferred.
MBA or Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise ERP solutions, including requirements assessment, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and executive recommendations.
Drive business process transformation and organizational readiness to maximize value and efficiency.
Oversee ERP implementation, data migration, testing, training, cutover, post-go-live support, and integration of acquired units.
Build and lead cross-functional teams while managing vendor relationships, budgets, risks and governance.
