Qualifications

The VP, ERP Program Management provides executive leadership for the organization's ERP strategy, evaluation, selection, implementation, and business transformation initiatives. This role is accountable for aligning ERP investments with business objectives, modernizing enterprise processes, integrating acquired business units into the ERP platform, and delivering large-scale transformation programs that support organizational growth and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, drive enterprise change, and establish scalable processes and governance frameworks that maximize the long-term value of the organization's ERP investments.

General Responsibilities

• ERP Strategy, Evaluation & Selection: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise ERP solutions, including business requirements assessment, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and executive recommendations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and long-term business strategy.
• Business Transformation & Organizational Readiness: Lead business process transformation, organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement initiatives by driving process standardization, automation, user adoption, communication, and organizational readiness to maximize business value and operational efficiency.
• ERP Implementation, Conversion & Acquisition Integration: Oversee ERP implementation, deployment, and integration activities, including solution configuration, data migration, testing, training, cutover, post-go-live support, legacy system conversions, and the successful integration of acquired companies and business units into the enterprise ERP platform.
• Team, Vendor & Financial Management: Build and lead high-performing project teams while managing vendor relationships, contractual obligations, budgets, resource utilization, risk mitigation, and governance compliance to support successful program execution and long-term ERP ownership.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Change Management certification preferred.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.

Experience

• 10+ years of project, program, or transformation leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading ERP implementations, ERP conversions, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience managing ERP evaluations, software selections, and implementation initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Experience managing external consultants, implementation partners, and technology vendors.
• Experience integrating acquired companies or business units into a common ERP platform preferred.
