Job summary

Washington Penn seeks a Senior Manager of ERP & Enterprise Applications to provide strategic leadership for the ERP platform, manage modernization, and ensure reliability, security, and scalability to support long-term growth.

You will partner with manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and IT leadership to translate business priorities into technology roadmaps, governance, and measurable outcomes while guiding development, integrations, and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in ERP, enterprise applications, or business systems leadership.
• 5+ years leading technical or enterprise technology teams.
• Experience leading major ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformations.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operationally intensive environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance.
• Experience with development, integrations, enterprise architecture, vendor management, portfolio management.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and database administration, including performance, HA, backup and recovery, and security.
• Ability to communicate technology strategies to executive leadership.
• Leadership, organizational change, stakeholder management, financial management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute ERP strategy, roadmap, and modernization plans.
• Evaluate legacy ERP capabilities, applications, integrations, and supporting tech.
• Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and implementation strategies for ERP initiatives.
• Balance operational stability, debt reduction, business demand, and transformation priorities.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes, improve data quality, and automate tasks.
• Evaluate emerging tech to improve capabilities and performance.
• Partner with business leaders across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, quality, and other areas.
• Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and investment needs to executives.
