Responsibilities

• Own and provide L2 support for mission-critical applications.
• Work closely with development, QA, and business support teams.
• Provide technical application support and monitor applications.
• Understand application processes and database schema as an expert.
• Make key technical recommendations during major issues.
• Ensure each problem is resolved according to SLA.
