Job summary

Presbyterian Living is seeking a visionary Vice President of Enterprise Technology to lead the organization’s technology vision, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and AI initiatives across the enterprise. In this executive role, you will modernize and transform enterprise technology, drive innovation, and implement scalable solutions that enhance resident experiences and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology required; MBA is a plus.
• AI certification/education
• 10+ years in progressive IT leadership roles within multi-site healthcare systems (CCRCs preferred).
• Experience implementing/managing enterprise systems.
• Experience with managed service providers and complex technology setups.
• Experience leading technology operations in healthcare/senior living.
• Knowledge of healthcare and not-for-profit organizations.
• Strong IT and communications systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and updates annual and five-year strategic plans for Enterprise Technology functions.
• Oversees security policies, procedures, and IT infrastructure.
• Manages information security to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems.
• Develops resident technology frameworks and incorporates input from resident groups.
• Reports on progress in technology initiatives to leadership.
• Manages annual operating and capital budgets for the Enterprise Technology department.
• Collaborates with operations to support technology delivery for staff and residents.
• Stay current on technologies to improve resident safety, engagement, and efficiency.
