Presbyterian Living is seeking a strategic and forward‑thinking Vice President of Enterprise Technology to lead our technology vision, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and AI initiatives across the organization. You’ll drive modern solutions that enhance resident experience and operational excellence while partnering with the executive team to shape the technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• At least ten years in progressive IT leadership within multi-site healthcare systems.
• Experience implementing and managing enterprise systems.
• Experience leading technology operations in healthcare or senior living.
• Knowledge of healthcare not-for-profit organizations.
• Strong technical skills across IT and communications systems.

Responsabilités

• Establishes and updates annual and five-year strategic and tactical plans for Enterprise Technology functions.
• Provides oversight and governance and secures resources to implement the long-range technology plan.
• Responsible for the continuous management of information security policies, procedures, and technical systems to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Establishes resident technology frameworks and incorporates input from resident groups.
• Oversees risk management, security policies, and IT infrastructure related to HIPAA.
• Assesses system needs for privacy, backups, and data protection.
• Participates in leadership meetings to report on progress of technology initiatives.
• Manages operating and capital budgets for Enterprise Technology.
• Collaborates with operations to enhance technology delivery for staff and residents.
• Stays current on technologies benefiting resident safety, engagement, and efficiency.
• Manages technology operations, enterprise systems support and staffing.
• Implements evaluation processes to increase system utilization.
• Other duties as assigned.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology

Master’s in Business Administration is a plus
