Mars, Incorporated seeks a visionary VP, Enterprise Technology – People & Organization, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability to lead the global digital transformation across P&O, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability. Qualifications

15+ years of technology leadership in global environments.
Deep HR and corporate tech ecosystem expertise with Workday and ServiceNow.
Proven digital transformation and M&A integration experience.
Visionary AI, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
Executive presence and stakeholder management across federated units.
Strong vendor and ecosystem governance experience.
Nice-to-have MBA; experience in consumer goods, pharma, or tech environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategy across P&O, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability.
Scale product-based operating model with ownership of core platforms (Workday, ServiceNow).
Drive integration across enterprise domains and federated needs with global commonality.
Direct enterprise-scale transformation programs and change management.
Build trusted relationships with senior executives across Mars domains.
Oversee global technology delivery and 24/7 operations with strong compliance.
Manage strategic vendor relationships and contracting for long-term value.
Evaluate emerging technologies and AI to keep Mars future-ready.
