Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Global P&O Manager, BP & Effectiveness to drive the Human-Led, Digitally Powered Enterprise strategy. You will own the unified Business Scorecard, track KPIs, and coordinate across Snacking P&O teams to advance enterprise goals.

In partnership with People Data & Analytics and Talent & Culture, you will lead harmonization programs, standardize processes, and ensure data alignment across regions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, business operations, chief of staff/PMO support, strategy, P&O, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPI tracking and manage Portfolio of strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional enterprise project teams to keep deliverables on track.
• Proactively identify risks and resource constraints; report to leadership.
• Partner with PD&A and Talent & Culture to maintain the unified Business Scorecard.
• Standardize global processes and policies to enable a seamless One P&O operating model.
