Job summary
Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in the United States is seeking a Director, Digital Technology Business Partner - E2E Planning to lead the digital transformation of North America IBP and S&OP capabilities.
You will co-own multi-year roadmaps with executives, drive ecosystem modernization, and champion AI, digital twins, and regional alignment across global DT teams, delivering value through standardized deployments.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive IT and business partnership experience.
- Experience implementing enterprise APS platforms.
- Strong SAP ERP and APS integration knowledge.
- Partner with VP/Senior Director-level executives on multi-year roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Strategic co-ownership of multi-year digital capability roadmaps.
- Guide modernization of planning tech stacks across North America.
- Serve as conduit between regional stakeholders and global DT teams.
- Reimagine and harmonize IBP/S&OP processes before automation.
- Lead regional digital product delivery when local needs fall outside global roadmaps.
- Drive AI and advanced analytics initiatives across supply chain planning.
- Ensure adoption and value realization of deployed digital planning products.
