Job summary

Amplify seeks a Vice President of Business Operations & Enterprise Transformation to drive enterprise-wide transformation and build Amplify’s next‑generation operating system. Reporting to the President & COO, you will partner with senior leaders to orchestrate strategy, execution, and program governance across the organization.

You will act as a hands-on quarterback, aligning units, unblocking workstreams, and leveraging AI and automation to accelerate velocity while maintaining cohesion across

Qualifications

• Transformation leadership in strategy, operations, or management consulting with executive exposure.
• Experience applying AI and automation to improve efficiency, productivity, and ROI.
• Proven cross-functional execution of complex enterprise initiatives from start to finish.
• Ability to operate without a playbook, create structure from ambiguity, and drive accountability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid NYC office with travel as needed.
• MBA or advanced degree plus 12+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale the next-gen operating model with the COO for cross-functional transformation.
• Accelerate ROI by unifying initiatives into a rigorous enterprise framework.
• Integrate capabilities across product, engineering, and functions to meet milestones.
• Lead end-to-end process re-engineering including Idea to Launch, Quote to Cash, Plan to Deliver.
• Diagnose bottlenecks with executives, resolve friction, and assign clear ownership.
• Modernize systems under a CIO-driven operating model and ensure automation ROI.
• Act as COO’s strategic quarterback for urgent, high-impact enterprise initiatives.
