Qualifications

• 10+ years in business systems, IT, or enterprise applications, with leadership at a high-growth company.
• Proven track record streamlining and consolidating a sprawling tech stack into something coherent and scalable.
• Experience building and leading teams in SaaS or fast-moving software environments.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise systems strategy and multi-year roadmap across GTM, Finance, People, and Operations.
• Audit current tech landscape, identify gaps, streamline and consolidate the stack.
• Own architecture and integration of core business systems for clean data flow across teams.
• Embed AI into core business systems and workflows with privacy, security, governance considerations.
• Establish governance for system selection, implementation, and spend.
