Job summary

Tekmetric is seeking a Senior Product Manager to guide the strategy and roadmap for our SaaS platform serving auto repair shops. You will own the API product and lead cross‑functional teams across design, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver impactful features and AI‑enabled capabilities.

You will develop a deep understanding of the auto repair domain, validate ideas with user research, and measure outcomes while driving growth and adoption of Tekmetric's API within an expanding

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in enterprise‑level software as a service.
• Demonstrated API product ownership including contracts, lifecycle, and developer onboarding.
• 2+ years delivering Generative AI or ML solutions to market.
• Hands‑on experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, FullStory, Heap, Pendo).
• Proven leadership with ability to drive strategy and fast‑paced execution.
• Ability to establish business cases and translate hypotheses into scalable features.
• Customer‑centric mindset with focus on JTBD and optimization.
• Cross‑functional influence across matrixed, global teams.
• Strong communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic product initiatives from concept to launch and beyond.
• Develop deep domain expertise in the auto repair industry to inform opportunities.
